When your sidekick loses power, and your contacts, music, videos, etc loses too, dont worry, coz it will be placed back in a brief moment. If in case this happens, call customer care and be xferred to sidekick dept for assistance, Copy important info...

sidekick phones are exclusively for tmobile subscribers only, which means it can only work with a tmobile simcard. Unlock code is not available for the phone as well.
