P320 is not produced by HTC.
HTC Touch Find is a rounded HTC touch cruise, a bigger and more expensive phone, that also includes 3G. Is offered in Spain by movistar: http://msmobiles.com/news.php/7311.html

At 110 x 58 x 15.5 mm HTC Touch Find is same size as current AIO phones like P750, TYTNII and others.
But P320 comes at 99 x 55 x 13 mm and is smaller and lighter even compared with HTC Touch that does not have a built-in GPS.
It may lack 3G to be a full All-In-One but if the price is OK and it offers wifi and edge instead, many users might buy it instead of other large and expensive AIO.

This phone is produce by HTC! not originally from ASUS.!
HTC also will produce this as "HTC TOUCH Find"

The smallest WM touchscreen phone with GPS and wifi.
If the price will be low wnough, this one should be another successful All-In-One from Asus.

looks good and that's it. limited resources: 128 MB RAM 64 MB ROM, 201 MHz. Will not be reliable for multi-tasking and viewing hi-res, hi-def files... Will do for basic tasks and browsing.
