Hey Guys,

My BB storm 2 can't open it's app world, everytime I try to open it the message "The data service is not operational" I tried downloading the app world several times already still this happens.

Please help.

Hey I'm trying to send some data (mp3, pics, contacts) from a sony ericsson to the storm2 using Blutooth but the connection keeps failing even though ive checked all the settings on the storm. However i can send anything from the storm using bluetooth. what should I do?

hey guys , i just bought a BB Storm 2 9520 , and i still can't figure out how to enable Wi-Fi on it , it doesn't show up on settings , help please ....

i used to have no problems when using my bb 9520. i even enjoyed using the applications esp facebook, maps but now its been almost 1 month + i cant even log in to my facebook, let alone bb maps. i've tried so many options calling my service provider - celcom but nothing fruitfull, all i get is their advise to bb off, then bb on, etc... over and over again. the annoying thing is that everytime i reload my xpaxed within a day i have been deducted w/o even using any service at all. what is happening? can anyone help me?

I had bought a Storm for my husband on a 3 year contract, the first year the phone was in the shop more times than my husband was able to use it..now that the warranty has expired there is nothing that the phone company can do to fix anything, we had nothing but problems with it right from the word "go", I took it back to the Telus company and the lady indicated that she has the same phone and it is a piece of S---, and she cannot use her phone too..thats sad to hear coming from the phone company staff. we are stuck with a phone that does not work and a bill that keeps running through regardless if it is being utilized. I cannot afford to buy out the phone or keep sending it to Mr. Fixit...
