i got imate 201 and after 2 days of work all the keys are stucked. when i press a key, display lights up but keys are not working. even i cant answer to a call. pls tell me what shall i do? (Hard reset?) nishantha4s7jk@yahoo.com

i buy jama 201 and there's a problem. i bought it in saudi arabia. and i come home to phil. then when i try to open the phone. it got stuck. the key don't function normally. the only key that working is the OK button at the side and the down button. ...

i didnt like this mobile i have one of them and it has a hearing problem and i made it and it has the same problem again.
