i ma satisfied from this hanset but i have a need for somme problems and please i mostly require the accessories and internal kit and also a keypad kit so ,will u help me b'coz in nagpur here is not any servicing center of imate so how i will get satisfaction ?

I have i mate pdal phone working fine except the touchscreen has problem with caliberation..please let me know how to correct it or where can i get it fixed.

i have bought i-mate PDAL model last year,since Jan10 it was disconnected due to invalid IMEI No.

if someone have experience or some forward path please help me.

I have purchased this PDAL phone and after a year. After a year i cannot call anymore.
Network provider says that i need an EMI No and this phone doesn't have.
what should i do to get an EMI No? I'm From INDIA

Plz guys help me on this
i want to reset my fone
but the problem is i cant get a copy of names and sms
if i reset the fonr all fone numbers and sms's will be deleted , sure its a suck

help me plz how i can get a copy
even when i do a synchronization with pc
i didnt see any names
i cany be sure i have it
and sure its very important to be that i get all of the names and to see it away of this damn address book
finally i have this odal more than 2 years
it isnt that nice at all
slow ,low quality material and paint, hanging

the best is the microsoft operating system thats it

I-MATE is an EXTREMELY BAD COMPANY. Never buy its products.

Pros:
Very good quality of buttons (But the paint is of very bad quality).

Cons:

ROM claimed 128 MB given 64 MB.

Software is heavily faulty & can't be repaired by a human being who lives on earth. Description is under:

IMEI changes automatically to a random number.
After that i-mate's own softwares stop recognising your device & say ITS NOT AN I-MATE DEVICE. Then can anyone tell me WHAT THE HELL IS IT.
This makes the device extreamly unstable and it works only because windows operating system (A product of Microsoft Coorporation NOT of I-Mate) keaps trying to fight its way to keap its customers happy.
Supprise...Supprise I-Mate has also released a patch for this device BUT KINDLY READ THIS CAREFULLY the patch is also FAULTY.

At last I-Mate customer care:
Never visit this place without money.
They can't give service to products under warrenty because it's free.
If you pay for the service then they will great you with a GLASS OF WATER, TEA OR COFFEE take your money for repairs & return your device after 15 days the way you gave them WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING and guess what NO MATTER HOW MUCH POWERFUL A PERSONALITY YOU ARE THEY CAN'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE I-MATE ATE IT.

Personal recomendation:
Go to a resturant instead of I-Mates customer care.

I have i-mate PDAL since a lot of time and I know almost every kind of the functionality it has. Instead of buying any of the I-Mate's products go & give this money to a poor man he will give you BLESSINGS.
I curse I-Mate to get bankrupt for stealing my money.
