Your MMS profile is not set thats why you are not able to send or receive MMS(Picture SMS).
Please confifure MMS profile based on your carrier.
It is working fine for me.

Does any one in the US have this phone working with AT&T? I can't get the picture messaging to work. Internet and txt messaging are working fine just not the picture messages.

I currently own the phone and all my music files are 192 or higher and they play fine. The only thing is the dolby digital adds a tad bit too much bass to the music when you plug it up to an external speaker. Of course, if you like to listen to your music with a bit more bass, then it's perfectly fine.

I tried one at SingTel . All I can say is WoW , WoW , WoW ! I love the design , it really stands out and a very unique handset .

For anyone that is currently in Canada looking to buy the LG BL40...it is a fairly good phone. The only problem is that Telus is currently experiencing problems with their youtube streaming...meaning you can't watch any youtube videos at the moment.
Another thing to take note is that if you are a msn phone user, you wouldn't really like the msn on the lg bl40 because it is really slow to type replies...non spontaneous if you understand what I mean.
The phone's appearance is very unique and the phone runs fairly smoothly. The video playback quality is very very nice and the sound quality makes the videos even more pleasant.
The phone however cannot play wmv files, therefore the reply earlier regarding what format the phone plays is wrong. I will update on what else I find interesting about this phone =)
