I just bought this phone, and i absolutly love it! if your thinking about gettin a phone with a good camera and touch screen. THIS should be ur choice, u wont be disapointed. and this is coming from someone who has like a million phones...hahahah

Between these phones which is better in camera, music and outlook? LG Viewty Smart, LG Crystal, LG Eigen, Nokia N86, Nokia 5800, SE W995 and SAM JET?

cant edit contacts, i use fully all the info you can add...email address, home address, more than one phone number ect. but if you have a customer or friend that changes thier number you cannot edit it.
this is a head ache if you are on-site eg. at work..i am a self employed plumber...YOU HAVE TO ERASE ALL INFO about the contact ( wipe them from the list ) and re-insert all the old data. try doing this during a call!!.
there is no zoom when in high def video
you cannot foward a simple message
the screen does not like anti-scratch screen covers as it is heat sensitive not a true touch screen it is a bit hard to use with bigger fingers-you cant use a stylus.
it will not fully connect to my tom-tom sat nav my last phone -bluetooth fine-wireless link-non existant( lg ku990 ) did all this.
there is no app for facebook!
hard to find new apps if any-that work ok
big lag when you wish to take a candid photo...about 5-8 seconds..phones4u told me it was a faster phone ( via the software ) but i am not convinced myself.
its a nice phone but it lacks a fast 'brain'

A GREAT PHONE - spoiled for many by the screen blanking problem on making or attempting to receive calls. Some seem to have solved the problem by removing screen protectors, but this didn't work for me. I sent the first phone back for a replacement - but this was just as bad. The problem seems to be the result of a poorly calibrated proximity sensor - but you can re-calibrate it. The following procedure worked for me, but it's potentially dangerous, and could ruin your phone if you're not careful - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 1. On the phone keypad enter the following code: 1809#*900# to bring up the engineering settings menu. 2. Scroll down to the entry called OTHERS and select it. 3. Scroll down this menu to the entry called PROXIMITY and select it. 4. You should see three options: Enable, Disable & Start Calibration 5. Select Start Calibration - after a few seconds it will return a new figure (mine was 3627) 6. BACK right out of the menu system, and make a test call - it should blank the screen when you hold it to your ear (or when you hold a finger near the sensor), but come back on again when you remove it. It worked for me - so now my Viewty Smart works just as it was supposed to. This information is offered without warranty - Good luck if you try it! 4 stars for the phone design - loses one for the delivery set-up, and lack of documentation of a fix.
