If yes, please removed that ... your phone will be alright.
What happens when you use the protector, it does set off the proximity sensor and the screen turns off,
whenever any calls made / received.

Does this phone have WLAN?? and does anyone recommend it? because I am willing to buy a new mobile phone with gps, wifi, touchscreen and a good camera. I am also not very good in taking care of mobiles, so is it strong enough to handle falling off the ground or such things?
it has no OS? and can it operate quick office or adobe pdf files??
is an HTC diamond mobile better?

I've not had any problems with the black screen remaining.
Only qualms I have with this phone is that the T9 seems more restrictive than in its predecessor (my last phone was the viewty). And I wish you could just turn the light on as a torch but this seems to be a common problem with most phones these days.
Otherwise, awesomeness galore =D
