i have GM200, i got YELLOW symbol at the lower left of the screen. i dont know what that symbol is and what it stands for. it looks like a pile of coins... im not sure. advise is deeply appreciated. tnx.

i have brought this phone. some features are bad in this phones except of sound clarity. no call recorder, no theme supported.. i am getting iritated with this phone..

so finally i have it! after searching a lot for the best mobile under 4000 rs range i narrowed my search to LG GM200, so whats best about this mobile? ok
it cost me 3500/- rs
my personal review after using it for 2 weeks
Good things
1.Great Battery life! (can last upto 5 days of normal usage - couple of hrs of music playback from external speakers, calls, surfing, fm)
2.loud and clear loudspeaker, thanks to 2.1 channel integrated speakers (best in its class)
3. very good audio quality in earphones without any distortion at higher volume
4. 3.5mm audio jack, shortcut keys for fm and music player
5.nice simple User Interface
6.not to forget the Wireless FM
Bad things...
1.plain looks
2.slow navigations when music is playing in background
3.slow running java apps and games( manageable - not that bad)
4.camera isnt good (as you cant expect good in a low budget phone)
Bottom line
I will give it 7.5/10, considering the Great Battery life, good sound quality(can replace your personal music player)and simple UI, its a good phone for music lover like me, thanks

I bought this phone 2 months before and I wish to share my experience with you all.
The phone's overall rating for 10 is 6.
Its best features are:
*Sound Clarity (thanks to DOLBY and 2.1ch Woofer) that makes listening to music in speaker a wonderful experience
*Good voice clarity for calls
*One touch FM with built in antenna that is fair in quality with some noise and One touch Music Player
*A decent basic 2MP camera
*Low Price (3.5K only with GB micro SD)
*Too GOOD Battery Life
*Message Back Up, Contacts Back Up in External or Phone Memory
*Easy removal and insertion of Memory card
The main negatives are:
*Slow user interface
*Slow response to message typing.
(Those who type messages fast, Please avoid this phone)
*Cant install new themes
*Every time one must select songs in music player after it is closed. The phone cant remember the last played song and in how many mins you stopped it like other phones.
*Absence of ZOOM in camera @ 2MP resolution. Zoom is possible only when resolution is kept at VGA level.
*Only 200 messages can be stored
*Need to install games/applications in Cell memory too
Final Verdict:
A phone for those who love to hear music Loud and will message less frequently, without great expectations from camera. But definitely a value of money at its current price if you can tolerate the slow user interface.

I brought this phone almost 8 months... beginning when i using the phone there will abit hang or slow respond..especially typing sms with t9..it's very slow respond to appear the word that i wanted.. by the way, this phone's speakers is absolutely amazing... very loud and clear and longer battery life than others...but i might go for SE elm soon.. lolx...
