So many problems, don't know where to start.
Freezes, reboots for no reason. Very poor signal and voice quality. Battles to link to gprs. Battles to stay connected to service provider. 10+ missed calls per day even though signal looks good. refuses to link to Wi-Fi, have to use bluetooth. Deletes messages without having read them. If you get 2 messages from the same person one after the other it writes over the first message. Touchscreen doesn't always respond. When trying to answer a call buttons seem disabled and won't answer. Ringtone directed to the earpiece on the phone and not to mouthpiece or secondary speaker like on other handsets and PDA's. Then it rings in your ear (Ouch). Word recogniser is awful. Using keypad with this touchscreen is a nightmare, keeps selecting letter next to the one I want, even-though I have calibrated the screen numerous times. Only one place for this piece of rubbish - The Dustbin.

I do not have any problems with it, it is simple to use even without reading the manual.

The touch screen is very nice to use, nice response to the touch.
The battery life is a plus on this phone, 1500mah in size which last 4 days with normal usage each day.

Smart looking phone and it has the same feel, must say it is a eye catcher compared the regular phones out there in the world.

LG again, LG for ever if they keep up with this good styling and reliability.

well i have this phone 3 months now i dont have any big problems but i will NEVER EVER BUY LG AGAIN.
i just had enough of it & i have gaved it to my son
my next one is NOKIA X6 OR N8 NOKIA is the best

It's a very bad phone . I'm very disappointed in it.
I've only had it for 3 months and I've had it serviced twice already . I was away the first time when the screan stuck and I couldn't answer my phone in the middle of nowhere not being able to contact my friends . Never again !!! Can't rely on it what so ever .

Well after i had say that this phone is greate i must say to you my frends that this phone isen't so greate :( after 1,5 mounth my phone sudenley make sum stuff on your ohn.First of all the call answear and reject buttons stoped working...after 1 week sudenley the batery dosen't last more tha 24 H (before 4-5 days)and after that the software freezes wen i take an incoming call and canot answear the call.I had maek a soft and yhard reset more than 5 times and the promlems persist now my phone is in service by Vodafone ,lucky me that i have win this phone at a competition and don't have put a lots of muny to buy one(300Euro witout contract and 198 Euro whit contract for 2 yeras at Vodafone Romania)...it seams that wen you Google thi model you wil find forums with many peapole say they have the same problems.It seams that it is a factory bug....

parents have bought me this, but they don't think i know. It's a fantastic looking phone, And i look farward to having it... :)

I've had this phone for 3 weeks, its the worst phone ever!
It hangs alot, it has 2 separate menus 1 LG the other windows, which doesn't make sense as they contradict one another.
The actual answer and hang-up button don't work, you have to use the touch screen.
Worst of all you cannot disable Email-Push when roaming, sky-rocketing your account on international data charges!
And my service provider will only allow me to change in 2 years! Their I department can't even assist with all the problems.

DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PHONE.. My Bro bought it and really regretted it.. The video that you put into this phones lags like mad.. You can give it a try.. No kidding. It may look like an iphone but the functions are not user friendly i don't believe that the ratings should be 8. It should be 3. I am serious.
