touchscreen doesn't always work, phone freezes and locks up all the time. very slow response times, always malfunctions, avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have this crappy handy since 2 years and my advice is - STAY AWAY from KM900. List with the problems is too long to list it here.
- Battery
- CPU speed
- GPS
- Slow camera
- missing FW updates (official)
- Too many bugs in the FW (hangs, restarts)
- Internet browsers
- G-Sensor
- Media playes (video/audio)
and so on...

This phone's down side is the bad OS which in most of the cases it crashes and needs restart.
If this had Android, it would have been one of the best ever.

Up Sides:
Amazing 16M colors display with 311ppi pixel density that never scratches
Dolby Mobile
8GB internal + microSD up to 32GB :))
MP4/DivX/XviD/WMV support
Wi-Fi
GPS, google maps + google street view
etc......

If you have a good pair of headphones, this phone is an amazing sound experience.

This phone hang too easy! Sometimes you cannot pickup an incoming call; you have to turn off and on again to resume normal. It cannot play a 3GP video record by itself, is it rediculous? It plays only avi, mp4 but not wmv.

a very good phone. I really enjoy with its 8GB memory. Plus with my 16GB memory card. Music + video = entertaintment happiness.
I dont see negative with my phone. Just love what you have and youll be happy with it.

my lg km900at_v10b started freezing soon after i bought it from dubai.

i thought the freezing or hanging or screen was attributed to 100 sms's stored.

now it hangs all the time... it does not click where i touch and it is really annoying...

i have done my research...and i am yet to find a single positive review....

lg km900at_v10b is a hoax i will never ever in my life time by an lg phone ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am a frustrated, and disgusted user... lg phone never ever again!!!!!

the only problem i have with this unit is everytime i insert any kind of headset,, it automatically calls/dial the last contact in my history..
ex.the last person to txt me/or last larson i texted..

any headset same case,, it would stop if i remove the headseet.. so

anyone with same dilemma?

how to keep LG Arena work fine:

-never use low quality memory card, it makes heat problem

-never change your usim card with other from different provider (freeze, restart, auto turn off problem)

-never download trial version apps

-if have freeze, auto turn off, restart problem, try 3X factory reset

-if have screen problem while calling mode, recalibrate the proximity sensor



more than 2 years since purchased it, still works fine

I used to have a good opinion about this phone until the 2nd month after I bought it. Sometimes it freezes, touchscreen problems, it won't open large doc and pdf files, among others.

I have a Samsung F 480i.Its work fine.But i want to change my phone. I want to sell LG KM 900 Arena. Is it will be good decision for change Samsung F480i and bring LG KM900 Arena? Which phone is good, Samsung F480i or LG KM900 ARENA? Plz answer me and help me........
