I am having issue with this phone when using IVR. Any option the I select using the keypad, the IVR system does not recognize. This also happens when using the VM. example I am not able to delete my VM by pressing 7. Any ideas?

I had this phone for two years. THIS PHONE SUCKS!!! My phone is dead, so I charge it. I leave the room for 1 to 5 minutes and come back it's FULLY CHARGED already. I unplug it and it is dead again. When ever I text people it freezes, so i have to turn it off, then i turn it back on its dead! One time in class i have to take out our batteries from our phones and put them on our desks. After class i put the battery in, turn the phone on and it has THE DIFFERENT DATE and DIFFERENT TIME!!! When i talk on the phone it is fully charged. After a minute its dead! This is why you should never buy this phone.

through gsmarena,i discovered dat dis phone has 3g network.but my problem is where and how to on d 34 network.anotherone is if it can browe like nokia free (browsing)intence of other things,i don't have any other problem with d phone.i like it.

when i first got this phone it was cool an all buht something happened to the screen like when youh looked away youh could see this flashy thingie buht it didnt look like it was flashing when youh look at it. then when someone tried to call me, they couldnt hear me buht i was trying to talk, so i dont know wher or how to talk into it..

This phone friggin sucks. When I first got it, I really thought I had something; however, as soon as the screen broke (it was the internal screen) all of the colors scattered and that's when I knew that this phone was s@#! Then I got another one and this one was way worse then the other. The screen just started popping out because the glue was old and worn. I couldn't even wait for my upgrade day so i just went out and bought an HTC surround and ripped the LG xenon apart. That probably explains why at&t doesn't have this phone on their site anymore.

this phone is horrible. me and two of my friends have it and we are ALL having different problems with is. the plastic screen on mine is currently lifting up and after showering with it on the counter, the condensation has actually ruined the screen and i can no longer use it. my friends are experiencing random coloring issues etc and their screens dont work. i do not suggest it.

I got this phone for Christmas in 2009. So I've had it for about 17 months. When I first got it, it randomly froze when I was sending texts, and when I pressed the middle button right under the screen it would flash. It stopped freezing so much but then after a couple months the screen flashed all the time and the keys started to scratch and parts of them started to chip and fall off. Also, it randomly turns off. I have dropped this phone about a dozen times and no scratches on the screen but, lately my calls and texts have been delayed. I would not recommend this phone. It is defintley starting to show it's age.

its a great phone and i love using it,....secially da keyboard an da flip is very good ,....and its not a piece of RUBBISH!

its a piece of junk! had nothing but trouble with mine ATT has replaced it 2 times & each one is worse than the last. this one won't hold a charge, I have to charge it 4-5 times a day my daughter has the same one will be talking & txting constantly and I'll be charging mine after just a few min.

i ordered a brand new one of these phones. i love the looks. and i think it will be fine. but i think i just need a little truthly feedback. can anyone help?

Ii ordered this phone in 2009 when it first came out and have had it for 2 years. While the touch screen took some getting used to, the keyboard is awesome and just the right size. after 2 years of use, the slider still feels great and all the features of the phone work like new. It is also surprisingly durable as I've dropped it several times with no case on pavement and it still works great.

this phone is a POS it has no options for the average user. Im surprised you can make a call with it. Stay away.

I have had this phone for about 8 months now and find it really great APART from the fool that put the web button RIGHT UNDER the 'A' button.... very annoying while txting when you hit the web button by mistake and end up going to the net instead.... word to the wise... move the web button! Other wise the keypad is brillant!

Dis is one fone i find irrestible! Its battery life is second to none,super keypad,fantastic camera,highly sensitive touch-screen...its a must get!

i ve bin using this fone for over five months now.problem...all of a sudden it now goes off without bin put off and the annoying thing about this phone is that you cannot use anysong on your playlist as your ringtone...u must download one unlike the KS 360.

Please help me, when i switch my LG GR500 on I only see the LG logo blinking and nothing comes to the sreen. how can i see the icons?
