hi i have a lg gr500. and i can call or receive calls but i cant hear them and they cant hear me what can i do?

--The screen gets really light and it's difficult to read.
--The phone randomly turns off and takes a while to turn back on.
--The phone freezes in the middle of sending a message.
--Awkwardly navigation.
--Can't save unlimited messages.
--Doesn't hold very many messages.
--Camera is blurry (may have something to do with the garbage screen),
--It takes me up to 7 times to send a single message.
--It takes me up to 5 times to make a call connect.
Some positive things include:
--The screen is hard to scratch.
--Bluetooth works well.
--The sliding motion is smooth and quiet.
--Charge time is fairly fast.
--Battery life is good.
--Occasionally, the multitasking capability comes in handy.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this phone. If you are going to spend money on a phone, do your research, and know what you want. Get a phone that will last. I am looking forward to getting a new one asap because this one is garbage.

You need to make the sound clip less than 400 kb i think in order to have it as a ringtone

a friend of mine just got this phone but has not been able to set mp3 as ringtone even when it is stored on the phone and not memory card. please i really need help urgently

Loved this phone at first. Only problem is the battery defect. It will randomly shut off when I talk on the phone unless its attached to a charger. when you turn it on it says low battery. So I turned it off and waited an hour and its full battery.

ive had this phone for a while now and i love it! the battery is awesome, the touch screen is wiked and it can take my memory card :) im soooo happy with it :)

I had this phone for one year 1 and the only reason why i had to get rid of it was becasue i broke it by dropping it in a cup of water. I never experienced the phones sounds going out or the battery dyin a lot. Just charge it every nigth while you are sleeping, then it will be able to last all day. and yes it did freeze up every once and awhile but you just take out the battery and its good as new. also the only holding 150 messages was a small pain. That was one of the only promblems.
