Had this phone for 4 years: no problems at all, though the picture quality is poor.

You will need the software CD to use the USB CA-42 cable with this phone. Call Nokia at 1-888-665-4228 to order the software CD.

I too am wondering how I can connect the phone to a PC using USB (to transfer some video). I tried CA-42 but IT DOES NOT WORK. Any suggestions?
