You can solve the software problem at home in the same way the nokia guys do without paying any money! There is a software called Phoenix Service Software which you can use to reinstall the software of your phone. Download the above software in your computer from here: http://thepiratebay.org/torren...38.005.44210
All instructions are given there just follow them carefully. To get the firmware for your phone go to tools>product package download. Enter your phones product code there and download. Find your phones product code by removing the battery and look at the sticker on the phone. The code is of 7 digits and starts with 058.....
You can reinstall the software of any nokia phone using this software.

am using this phone since 2 years in these two years it has reported some software problems i had corrected them in nokia care and now in my phone again there is software problem regarding to calculater and some game options and themes all these are corrupting automatically themselves i dont no how to solve these corrections every time taking to nokia care is not suggestable can usuggest me some solustion please.

Very nice phone. Purchased the phone in 2009. working perfectly. great internet speed. very handy. slim design. dropped many times but no issues. rough use is ok.

I've had this phone for over 3 years now and I've been happy with it. Sadly, the motherboard crashed and it's not worthe the time and money to repair it.
Cons: soft exterior, easily skratchable; plastic colored frame broke; main central button cracked; somewhat uncomfortable keyboard, but you get used to it;
Pros: battery life ok, speed really ok, everything else really good.
