The best parallel is with the high end watch industry.

A $10 plastic digital watch will keep better time, offer more functions (alarm, nightlight, stopwatch etc, resist water and take much more physical abuse than a Rolex at

The fone is extremely useless...no special facility to justify d high price.it is simply a modified nokia fone.

and don't know why you give suck low rating and same specs in normal nokia higher rating???? is it jealousy or what???? basically it is a nokia in an expensive suit... but you don't call a lexus a toyota do you ????????? people buy one then rate please....... cheers

It certainly looks very fancy, but it's actually absolute bull.
If you want an actual phone, steer clear of Vertu.

I would rather buy an Iphone 4 or a Htc, then get a custom made case with jewels in it. Best of both worlds; an expensive phone that is actually useful.

i gifted dis phone to my driver but he threw it in the gutter because he liked Nokia 1100 which works faster than Vertu....

this fone is great!!! its so smooth that it went of my hand only once and i broke it.
next day i went to vertu shop and claimed for warrenty and they told me its fake!
i told them i bought it for 5000.
they asked me where did you buy it?
i told them from CHINA for 5000 chinese currency!

they kicked me out of the shop.
