i got my gb230 last week - i love it. the little speakers i got with is so powerfull. video clips with sound is amazing on this phone. lg has really got some nice phones in sa now. heard the new cg900 iw great - wish i had money for that one.

i also bought one. is the message alert tone only up to 3 seconds? im planning to return mine i thought its malfunctioning...
other than that all features are great im currently browsing mine now

i bought this phone recently and its VERY GOOD in Design,Features,Performance, although the message tone is up to 3sec only but worth it.. "its money's worth", surely i'm the first owner of this phone here in our place.. hahaha.. :D

Almost great except for the message alert tone that can last only up to 2 sec of ringing. i dowloaded a 7sec message alert tone but this phone could only play 2sec of the message alert tone i downloaded.

Its not upto the mark because at this same price you could get mobile that can extend memory uptp sGB with inbuilt 45Mb. So better look mobiles like samsung S500 .......
