> In reply to Cspd @ 2008-10-22 09:30 from NHUD - click to readMoto was making 3G handsets like A925, A835...years before others were able to make one...especially with video calls. (certain almighty brand took exactly 4 years to develop its first 3G handset with touchscreen technology)
Moto somehow got obsessed with Linux and was struggling to make a 3G Linux phone, without much success.
Again, if certain almighty brand can "make a phone for everyone", why Moto isn't allowed to make Q11 specifically targeted to 2G markets like China and US?

Really a nice phone with 7.5 hrs of battery life and with GPS, BT2.1, Quadband, Wifi. I hope to see it this December.
No 3G, but who cares?
I have Q9, really robust phone, hope the same is with Q11 also.

> In reply to akee @ 2008-10-16 04:37 from vLyH - click to read.we can say Q11 IS AN UP GRADE OF Q9h.
-The internal memory is not as big as for Q9h.
-The RAM for Q11 is smaller than for Q9h.
-The speed for the downloads is not as fast compared with
Q9h.
Is there a way that you can try and upgrade Q11.

it is unfortunate to see this design without the 3g. I had the q9 which todate is the easiest qwerty phone to use and easy key pad compared to all the other qwerty phones which are getting smaller and smaller. the q9 was lacking the wifi while now the q11 is lacking the 3g. why would they do this. if the 3g was there i would definately get it.

> In reply to Anonymous @ from HHHH - click to readIf you compare the Q11 and nokia e71 you may see that in features are too similar.. what it lacks the Q11 is 3g but i think that motorola design this phone for all the world, even to sell it in america(where i live) so 3g is not a good option here because is not so popular yet and you dont have signal...
but i'm agree to say that is not a very good design.. good features and passable performance....:)
PD: i'm not a fan of motorola... but each brand has some phones that i like very much....
