Pio :

This phone has been on sale in Hong Kong for 3 - 4 weeks already. We can buy this phone even before the official launch date!

The L1 is sold out at the moment so you won't be able to get any. The next shipment will be coming in October sometime.

This phone is MADE IN JAPAN so it come directly from Japan.

regards

Oh yeah, and does anybody have an opinion an where I should buy this phone? I live in Norway, and I don't think the phone is beeing marketed here, so if anybody could tell me if it is out for sale in another Scandinavian country that would be great. thx...

Well, the buttons are a bit small, and unless you have nimble fingers or a trip set of finger nails, its pretty hard to push for button. (NOTE: not meant for big hands or women with tallon-like nails) ... it fits perfectly in any small purse or a back pocket... my only problem is, is that it doesn't have a speaker phone :-(

Besides that, the phone works like a charm, not hard to figure out, and the PC program that comes along with it, is fantastic.

This phone is selling very well & there is no stock because of the low supply & high demand!

I infact have this phone since last month now. And I am really delighted with it. Esp the quality of its display and camera is amazing. 1.3 MP camera, you don't need to carry expensive camera while moving around. 25MB memory good enough for 125+ highest quality photos. MP3 player and BT for data transfers, no need for cables. So slim and compact comare to V3 Razr. More over made in Japan! I have had used many different phones, but this is simply amazing in this small size. If you want to put it in you Jeans, don't worry, it is thiner than your wallet.

I have no idea if this L1 support bluetooth data transfer or not(I did not try).
When compare with the V3 side by side; the L1 is narrower & tiny bit thinner but overall it is longer than the V3(including the "antenna handle"). The V3 look better in comparison & more comfortable to hold.
L1 has got build-in battery so you cannot change it. The sim card slot is on the side.
The numerical numbers of the keypad are hard to press(you have to press quite hard) & the feel of the feedback was no good(the response & feel of the V3 keypad is nice for a thin phone).
The screen colour is ok, interface ok. Anyway I am not impressed so I did not buy it.
To me, the V3 is much better overall!

The phone is so slim and fully featured. Too bad the back design is so crap. You can see the screw and nec barcode (the one with id and stuff) on the back. pity. Lets hope they make the interface looks better. coz as far as i know all nec user interface are prety much boring with old uninteresting icons.
