Youtube cannot be played on nokia 3230, as far that i know. Because they are Flv files. There's some solutions though, A). You can download Youtube videos using youtube downloader, then use corecodec core player app to play it. Dont even bother to streaming, because its beyond nokia 3230 RAM capability.
B). Didn't you know that there's many online video sites for mobile, theyre basically the same just like Youtube, except this one is for mobile devices. I can recommend one or two. Try visit www.tubidy.com or www.vuclip.com.

Try install Xplore, then highlight that jar file and press menu -> File -> Open by System. If that jar files compatible with s60v2 it should installed succesfully.

to connect nokia 3230 to pc for internet buy a data cable dku2 then a pc suite then the trick is here when ur pc is off connect ur phone and then start ur pc. Pc suite will detect ur phone and then connect to internet. If doesn't work then restart ur pc without plugging out ur phone then try. If it doesnot work then see in mobile at the the place of signals u wil find that there is sign 'G' without square then it means ur phone has malfunction and then switch off ur and then on it and again try the proces of connecting it wil work 100%.
When u connect to internet make sure that ur pc media player should be off.
It will work.
