I almost forgot that you can customise all the shortcut keys to do other functions. I guess it's not too bad afterall.

Overall the specs. are better in comparison to the E51...a little better.
As much as I would love to upgrade to this I really find it hard to do MAINLY because of the absence of a dedicated CONTACTS key.
Having a dedicated contacts key is very handy as you can jump to your contacts instantly no matter where you are in the menus or what you are doing in the phone.
I really really can't figure out why Nokia took out the dedicated contacts key in these new batches of E-series.

Hi friends, wow to this loving e55 with simple keypad. Realy happy to see this coming. I read some of you are sad cause of the missing contacts key in e55,e52. Well contacts key is sure very usefull as i myself am an e51 user but its not such a serious problem. Infact its not a problem cause we can change the single key shortcuts from the settings. So set other key for the contacts guys and chill up ;)

really looks alike e55..what for buy an expensive eseries like e90,e75,e71 n e66 or buy uncomplete feature e63 if we had this one??can this one edit like e90,e7x n e6x??

How much RAM does this phone have? Is 60MB the interal storage, not RAM, right? Thank you

I am an E51 owner since March 2008 and hopefully will change to E52 as soon as it is out
if only the screen was 320x480

I love E series too, we got things in common LOL. well, the E series have things i need, handy, easy and lovely. I'm eagerly waiting for E52, think i'll have it as B52 (a bomber plane??!!) I like to use it along with my HTC HD.

I think nokia has made a smart/wise move with e52. e55 is a good phone but alot of people were complaining about the keyboard.
Though they should offer more colours in e52 especially black.....

The chinese E71 looks more like the E51 so that means the Fake E71 copied the Original E51.
