Reasonably priced unlock code for Matrix Pro can be purchased at www.unlockitnow.com. They accept Paypal. They were the only ones who were able to provide a code and quickly.

So the phone is a little thicker than most, but I think it is the best non-touchscreen smartphone design ever. Too bad it doesn't have wifi and it is very difficult to unlock or to find unlocked.
