I've owned this model for almost a year and a half and it's OK but certainly now has been superseded by other untis/manufacturers the I-Phone for one (and I tried the Treo also) My main issue with the Q-teq is after a soft re-set which has to be done quite frequently as it will sometimes not be recognized by the PC when connected for syncing (synchronization) is that the Q-tek will buzz/vibrate and ring (all at once)for about 5 long minutes each time. I have no idea why it does this and adjusting the volume/switching off the volume switching off vibrate etc has absolutely no effect. I think maybe it sort of re-runs through every appointment (many many of them) in the calendar. Does anyone else have this problem and how can it be cured ? Thanks in advnce

Hey guys, does anyone how to troubleshoot the touchpad on the Qtek 9100? It seems to only work half of the time. I've cleaned it thoroughly with a dry, lint-free cloth making sure to check the corners for any dirt that may have lodged there but its clean. Any help would be appreciated because I love this phone but its difficult to use without it being touch-enabled.

Hi guys, does any of you have an idea how to keep the stylus in its place in the phone? After about 8 months of use, the slot has weared down a bit, and the stylus is now so loose that it constantly keeps falling out. I am lucky if I can keep one for a week before I lose it...

hello all! i have small problem with this init, today i notice it was showing that error on sms card or card is invalid( i didnt tuch card)i pull out battery ,put back the message is gone!? But is not showing me now last calls ,showing all calls before i pull battery out .Phone working no problems like b4. Anyone knows what is problem or how to fix this ? Thx
