i have this cell phone about 8 months.works rally good after my dog played with him.:)this cell is everythink that i wont.i dont know way buy sometimes he dont play musik.maybe my dogy caused this problem?

I had to do the alignment of the screen stuff as the PDS asked me, but afterwards, when my cell went to password screen, the keys werent right, is like 7 presses 3 and 5 pressed 8 and other keys are simply not pressing, after a few tries it bringed me to a screen asking me to copy 6 numbers / letters and still, in the small keyboard on the screen, is not writing all the letters and numbers so I'm not able to use my phone. Can anybody HEEEEEELP???!!!

you can restart by inserting your stylus at the bottom of your phone on the left side of the usb port.
