I was sent an empty text from an unknown source which has completely messed up the memory so now you can only save 10 texts at a time. This also happened to another phone and I've never been able to fix it. Does anyone know of a solution? Or maybe tell me how to reset the phone's memory?? Thanks!!! =D

i had this phone for 2 and a half years and it was really good but in the slot where you put the charger in there ar lots of metal wires and one of them is squished so i cant charge it and it has now run out of battery so i cant download any of my photos or anthing .
please help

I have been studying the manual over and over again, but I can not find anything...Actually the hands free sign shows up since the telephone shut itself off after being for too long in the cold. I can browse the net and Java is fine, when I download Mxit I can not register...it tells me "Security...Network connection not available : no profile defined".
Any ideas how I can fix this?

What you've got to do is take it to a local phone shop, (but not a network shop, like O2, Vodafone etc.), and ask them to unlock your phone. They will normally do it for you for about £10 ($20), but if they refuse, or if they're charging you a high price, you can contact your network the phone is locked to and ask them. They usually charge you too. When you succeed, you can put your O2 chip in.

dont buy this sagem !
