how to call record software in this mobile

Unable to save .jpg files from browser to memory....when check image properties it mentions Type as JEPG format.....strange behaviour....it was alright before.

I have problem in wifi connection. I can connect to a wifi but when I open IE, it shows "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". I read in some comments that because of low signal but i can connect using my laptop and I don't encounter any problem. Kindly help on this problem.. Thanks and God Bless
