Some have commented that they have updated their phones with WinMo 6.5 thru PCStudio update.
When i tried that, I got an error message that the phone does not support updates.
Anybody else facing similar issues?

Hi Shiva, some weird symbols appeared in my storage card again. It's about 8 of them wierd symbols. But my files are still good and intact. I tried deleting the symbols but it won't delete and there's a window icon before each of the symbols. Any idea or advice on what i should do?

U r helping many guys round the globe. Great yaar.
Currently I am in Singapore. Will fly back to India soon. I am planning to get one SAMSUNG phone. Confused with JET, OMNIA II & OMNIA PRO.
Heard that JET do not support 3rd party software and we cannot have gtalk, yahoo messenger etc.
Now in dielemma with OMNIA II and OMNIA PRO.
Please help meee....

Hi just go www.samsungmobile.com then download the PC Studio then plug in your phone and click update, is take about few hours but depends your internet speed after that done......enjoy!!

Noticed many of your phone not loaded with Win Mobile 6.5 yet ?
When i bought mine , it is already loaded with Winmobile 6.5 professional

i tried already same happens for me so i change my old airtel card back and activated mobile office for 98 rs 2gb browsing i think that is enough
not only in aircel all other network cant download uploading sites only mobile office can and bsnl 3g can
bsnl 3g has too much cost with nothing speed so i think airtel is best

has anybody been losing files in their storage cards. I installed a transcend 8gb and loaded some excel, word files and a large music file. For over a week it was all ok. Now all the files are lost. Is there anyway to retrieve this?
I believe there are some compatibility issues with these storage cards. Thinking of dumping this phone and upgrade to the i8000 or better yet with the i9000 or HD2.

Am using aircel bt big files can b dwnloaded using n79 as its browser dsnt get autoclosed.
N moreover megaupload links are always stated as nt existing in IE and opera mobile where as the same links work for opera mini n skyfire
also tel me which is the best multitasking rom n if u use any downloader software for such dwnlds

if this probs exist wen try wifi means i will get u fix
bec when u try docomo, aircel , idea , airtel live u cant download big files. i use to download big file only in airtel mob office u can try that it works fine for me
