please some body help me to upgrade to windows 6.5 as I am trying to upgrade from samsung service centre in mumbai but they told me that there is no windows 6.5 upgrade available in india .I am fedup with service quality of samsung india.

I am using this phone past 1 year. Past one year i am facing missed call issue. If some one missed call me, i didnt receive anything. Some time, they ringed full but i didnt receive anything in my phone. Also i am receiving 'Unknown' caller. Phone is not able to capture number. Is this bug? is there any update for this issue?

then switch off the phone, hold w&l button and lock button simultaneously and soft reset when samsung logo appears press call and end button simultaneously, message will pop up asking if u want to cntinue press call key to cntinue

note: by this method my storage is not erased

how to convert videos to H.264 or Divx , I have Format factory convertor, but when i tried to convert in H.264 or divx codec & played in Touch player showing message(not supported video)

Well im very happy using this phone. The battery is fine but the wifi is not very powerful but this is not a problem. For all of you i recommend Buying SPB mobile shell and installing S2U2 to replace the wm slide lock that is slow. I Get about 55 Ram After Boot and it settles on 37mb after usage works fine for me :)

This piece is badass,the battery is excellent and never lasts less than 2 days the way i use it(conservatively) up to 3 days!At home i've been using it plugged to a powersource and overclocked @ 1Ghz(max stable 1060Mhz) with stock WM 6.5 rom and it rocks..large bitrate videos are smoother than ever.Been using Core Player as well as the Samsung touch Player,a combination which allows for close to full support of all codecs out there(for video and audio).
All in all an excellent smartphone if you need a portable multimedia player that performs more than just ok-besides-the AMOLED screen is gorgeous for films and the built-in loudspeaker performs nice and loud(only exception is FM radio where it sounds weak as hell) :)

Dear All,

From few days i having a problem that my Samsung B7610 phone is not receiving calls, it someone is calling it show "out of Reach or Swith Off". There is not any problem in out going. I have also contacted to service provider but there is not any problem at there end. Some time my phone done not show any service provider means out of network.

Please help and suggest the solutions..

when is tried to install java motion sensor games an windows error massages occur , & second thing when i tried to open google maps it was showwing only loading.... message then i tried to instal new version of google maps 4.0 , but the before google maps deleted & after that cant install any .cab file , showing [Googlemaps-ms-samsung.cab cannot be open .Either its not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its component be found, if problem persist reinstall]
but after reinstalling showing same message & cant able for install any type of .cab file.

pls help.

2. use any 3rd party sms app. with lock feature
3. to install .exe files frst u hav to install active sync on ur pc (its in the ms cd dat came along with phne) thenbcnct the phne to pc inbactiv sync mode, nw rum the .exe file in ur pc
4. games n s/w can b dwnloaded frm the site mobilism.org
