All right, found the solution. It's in the sms setting. For the text msg, you have 3 options, GSM-alphabet, Unicode, or Auto. If it's set to be unicode, then the no. of msg characters will be limited to 70. Choosing the other two would solve the prob...

It only allows at most 70characters for each sms(though it allows multiple SMS sending up to 6 pieces), i.e. I have to split one sms(normally around 160characters allowed by the network provider) into 2-3, which would cost me 2-3 times more than it s...
