my suggestion try activating your Vibrate so that when someone call you it will vibrate in your pocket and you will feel the vibration, just activate the vibrate and ring in the "Call Alert Type" which will be seen in the "Ring" and wait for the update of winmo 6.5.3 and they will fixed all the bugs and laggy of your phone OMNIA II and its rumored that the update of winmo 6.5.3 will be released on second half of May 2010 and maybe now you can go to Samsung Service Centre and update your phone to winmo 6.5.3 bec. its already second half of May 2010...

hello, ive been having this phone for about a month, the display, sound, camera is veeeeeryyyyy satisfying..
when i listen to any songs the sound just so crisp, camera doin the job superfine on makin superb clear and smooth pics.
this phone is all that but a good phone. why do i said that? see, i even upgraded my om2 to jc1, and for me it doesnt make a big diff. still laggy, imho.
but there are some few things that samsung might consider to repair, its bugging me when im using this phone:
1. the loudest ringtone sumtimes not that loud, it starts a bit low then it got louder. so i often missed some calls.
2. i do really hate the msg notification! and this happens with msg alert tone too i cant even use any longer ringtone more than 3sec because they will play aaaalllll the way until the song thorough! and i cant do nothing about it, pressing any keys didnt help. i cant use too short ringtone, you see, because i dont hold my phone in my palm all the time and ussually i put the phone in bags, so when the ringtone too short i cant read any text in handy.
i think its good that samsung is so eager with the tech, but please do not forget that this still is a phone and a phone shouldnt shed off its function. how can we decide a phone is a good phone when the usage of the device doesnt deliver right? well i can find a way to tweak it allright, but still, that's not the point here.
anyhoo, i still love the other part of my omnia. just want samsung might take it as a advice for further products.

Zeo;
I will repeat the words that have come out to my mouth that if you want to help people here from this site go ahead help them but stop being a Hero and proving yourself that your rite and I'm wrong and remember your just new here and how many people did you help maybe only one and I've been posting here many times and help a lot of people so stop being a Hero and telling me that your rite and I'm wrong and if you want to help people here just help them and if you want to make a comment just comment but stop telling me that I'm wrong bec. all of your suggestion is not 100% true and I have remember you were trying to help Gary about how to disable the Notification message sound after you have send the message how to disable the sound well actually there is no disable for that sound and your trying to say to Gary you can disable that by tapping the SMS Request delivery notification actually it will not disable the sound after you have send the message bec. there is no disable for that sound after you have send that message and why won't you test it out and stop being a Hero bec. your not...
