All pixon 12 runs on is Java and even the MS Exchange or Document viewer is pretty low grade and useless. If its camera you're after, go and get a digital camera man ... u don't need a phone. Childish and inconsiderate. Go build a phone yourself and then u'll know the R&D and effort that goes into it. Grow up!

i was a sony ericsson fun because of its functionality.but...there is no way to buy satio.i tried both satio and pixon 12...sony do yourself a favour..get out of phone construction.i bought pixon 12 because of its materials.full of metal for pixon and full of plastique for sony.JUST TRY BOTH BEFORE BUYING ONE AND YOU WILL SEE THE HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MATERIALS.
it is obvious that sony ericsson made a phone with touch buttons and that's all...they just made a cheap cover just to cover up the hardware.
SONY BE SERIOUS..STOP TOUCH PHONES RIGHT NOW.YOUR BUDGET IS TO BUILT ONLY WALKMAN NON TOUCH PHONES FOR TEENAGERS.ITS MORE THAN OBVIOUS.I M BUING SE.PHONES FOR 8 YEARS.BUT NOT ANYMORE.SONY YOU PASSED AWAY WITH THIS SILLY AND FUNNY THING YOU CALL IDOU OR SATIO.
and the funniest thing....just see the plastique that you should insert your sim card....open it and see it before you buy it.i cant stop laughing men!!!they are making fool of us!!!astalavista sony

hi, i just brought a Pixon 12. But i can't deactivate the bluetooth. i turn off my visibility but ppl still can send things to me.
Can any kind soul help me w this?

Hello evrybody. i post from greece and i own this phone from 6 weeks ago. From the first week i realised that the front cam doesnt work and the mobilecant accept video mms. i give it at the official samsung service,after a month they received and changed the cam but still cant repair the software for accepting mms. so i still dont have itback repaired after 5 weeks. Be cereful befor buy it...check it....thanks for your time and space

can anyone who has the phone comment on the MS Exchange function plse? Is it equivalent to the Nokia Mail for Exchange or Roadsync? Can you accept calendar invites and do directory search? Thanks!

Duh? N86? It's variable apperture is just a gimick. As I am using a dSLR and an ex-N86 user. Photos shot with Pixon12 is so much better at day and miles better at night than the N86. N86's flash is only good at around 2-3feet.

I want to buy a phone which is good at music, camera and many other functions. May I know which phone is better? Samsung Omnia 2, Samsung Pixon 12, Samsung Jet, Lg Viewty Smart or Lg Crystal? Please let me know which one is better. Thanks.

As with any new phone with hig specs, i would not buy it now. Too expensive and too many risks for hardware and software problems. Let other people be the ginea pigs...At the moment love Samsung and my Pixon8.

I hope samsung come up with firmware update to this phone. There's a bug on typing sms landscape, sometimes it doesnt turn landscape even tilted. And video recording, a green square appears on some videos, in the instance of tiltng the phone while recording. Very irritating. The phone has a great issue on accelerometer.
