problems
(i)bluetooth transfer is stored only phone memory not in memory card
(ii)entering symbols in message is too complex
(iii)fm software gets problem
(iv)base effect is not available in headset
(v)battery charge is getting empty soon
(vi)supports only mpeg videos. not even mp4
(vii)we can not set our own home page in browser

sir;i bought samsung s3310 a few weeks before.main problem in this model while sending pics or videios through bluetooth it directectly save in phone memory instead of memory card..............?why

I just bought this mobile few weeks back, i found the lack of BASS while listening to the music through headphones. As i found in few blogs that the older version of this mobile had a good BASS through headphones. As a solution i updated the software to the older version and now the phone really rocks
