I'm thinking of buying this phone as well. Are you able to access the external memory (micro SD card) via the USB data cable?
Also, is the data cable a part of the standard package, or does one have to purchase it separately?

Bought it yesterday. Firts impressions: really good looking, nice suits in hand, very quick software, nice animation of menus, camera quite acceptable, good hearing, signal.. but if you want it as a music phone: you can not rely on headphones that come into retail package, cause the sound hardly miss the bass (the sound cannot compare with Nokia 5310 which I used to have for some 7 months)..suppose it should be much better through bluetooth stereophones... (there's no 3,5mm jack, it's the same port for the charger as well as for the headphones). But, fm radio works nice (excellent reach), better than in N 5310, especially RDS, but sound's general problem.
Overall, pretty nice phone for the price! Don't miss it if you like classic, but googlooking device.

While listening to music can u work on other applications like sms or editing ur contact book???
Does music player have "play in background option" as my Samsung b350 doesn't :(

Samsung S3310 have bass reflection headphones this phone have better quality sound ,look,slim,camera and it display gives 16 MILLION colours, 8 GB expandable memory. ( I SAID NOKIA 5130 AND 7210 IS BAD PHONE AND HEADPHONE SOUND IS VERY BAD)

Assigning contact ringtone from external memory is possible. You have to go to music, then select more from option, then select memory card.

you can not access your external memory while using bluetooth file transfer but still its a great choise at this price tag ...goos sound quality ,good betterylife and i m using 8 gb microsd card in this phone but the speed of the phone does not decrease...so perfect phone at price tag around 5000
and there is 3.5 mm jack too for connect to ur own music system...
