1-to those who can't install jar or jad file, please update ur firmware
please find on darkforest forum
it contain both the firmware download and guidelines for ur jet
2-to those who complaint or "jet can't install many software"
u should have proper knowledge to understand the classification of the phone.
before buying, u should know jet has only samsung own OS and not a smart phone, so why are u complaining "jet is not a smart phone", and non-smart phone means only java support and not much games and applications
3-to those who told "this is the worst phone i have ever had"
let me know which one is better than jet in terms of
a) LED screen brightness
b) still camera and video came features (except xenon flash)
c) many many extra feature that other brands don't have (other brands have their own advantages)
d) i think Jet does cover all essential essence of a multimedia phone (phone call, messaging, music, video, camera, bluetooth, wifi and so many extras)
4-to those "Jet batter life is terrible"
let me know which touch phone battery is better with as large and bright screen as jet can have more battery life if the size of phone is not so bulky as jet.
5-to those "jet freeze of hang"
to me, it's natural for a phone or computer to crash or freeze sometimes.
so let me know, nokie top-notch N-series don't hang or slow? SE never restart or which one(except very ancient basic phones)
so i want to advice u something,
may be ur Jet is defective in hardware or software, so please bring back to ur dealer to repair it.
or u have't use this phone (may be u have tested this for a while)
or may be u are just jealous to someone who will own a Jet which is a good phone.
finally, i don't mention Jet is the best phone on market or it can beat all other brands and phone.
i just say, Jet is a nice multimedia non-smart phone with good design and reliable functions.

my phone is not supporting .jar and .jad files.
i have download some games for this mobile in the .jar and .jad format. But i am unable to install it is showing unsupported format.

this is it.first.the awful thing is the touch of srceen is not faster than i though.try viewty or ks20.u ll find it.second.when i wanna deleted all messages its take a long time brakes.how could it b???that named speeds???third.i am wondering better avi video recording or mp4???thxs

You come on & say please do not buy this phone yet you say no reason why? I have had this phone for a month & not once has it crashed turned off or froze unlike Sony Ericsson or Nokia & LG. The phone has stunning screen with amazing camera & features & battery life yet you all moan about it. What more do you want? This phone has far more features & camera features than the c902 for instance & its LED flash lights up a god distance. The brightest I ever seen. Music player is great sound & you can record from radio. Video player is great too & its internet browser is one of the best I ever used.

i have this phone for almost month now but when ever i try to upgrade it on NPS it tells me you have the latest software s8003jpif4 and i now there is a latest software out there but how to upgrade to the larest software.

yeah.i agree with you.this phone is suck`nly the price n the name i cn proud of.very very dissapoint thing from samsung.i rather pick up renoir from lg.much more entertaining
