Hi,

I got my jet few days back.
So far i found 2 problems with it.

1st:
It can't detect my bluetooth earpiece which it working fine with my K850i. Jet not able to detect it.
Does anybody know why?

2nd:
While surfing with google. There is no chinese character input.

Pls help me.

Connect your phone with USB cable, the phone will ask whether you want to connect to PC studio or Mass Storage Device (Mobile harddisk). Just choose PC studio. In PC studio, choose "search device".

I have already installed MSN messenger in my JET. Just download Java MSN and put it in any folders in your TF card/phone and click to install.

i need some help in getting my get to work with Samsung New PC Studio it wont cennect, does anyone know how i can get this to work?

try this in order to install java apps
1)Google for TkFileExplorer v2.2 and install to pc.
2)close Samsung new PC Studio
3)connect jet to pc and choose pc studio usb mode
4)run TkFileExplorer
5)select right com port and press connect
6)go to the folder User/Mass/Java/Games
7)create a folder for each app and place jar and jad files and the rest directories
8)close tkt
9)type on jet *#6984125*# to open factory menu
10)choose internals
11)type *#9072641*# (master key)
12)choose menu choice 6 storage settings
13)choose 3. update java db
14)exit factory menu and check games menu

i just bought s8003, and it keeps asking what the SIM password is. The sim was new so i tried 1234, but it wouldn't accept. Do anyone of you experienced this kind of problem? Do you know what the SIM password is?

i own an N82 and i like being able to install a lot of aplications. i know i cant install almost anything on the jet, but since it already has a lot of features, i´m not worried..my only concern is about the GPS. I use garmin software on my phone and just love it. very useful aplication. On the jet it seems like i cant install any gps software..I mean a software that doesnt need to connect to my operator and use data like google maps does...its too expensive..so, is there a gps software that i can install on the jet?? NOt GOOGLE MAPS..

I'm planning to buy this phone, but wanted to know a couple things:

In the call log, does it show the duration of each call made/received?

Can I plug a 3.5mm earphone directly to the handset, or do I have to connect it to the remote's jack?

Hi. I'm interested buying this phone. PLEASE, i need some opinions from people who already have this phone. PROS and CONS about it. And i have a few questions: can we assign new sms ringtones other than preinstaled ones? I have Nokia N82 black, is it worth to change for Samsung Jet? PLEASE don't disregard my post. It's a great mobile! I have it 3 days now and it's impressiv. Jet is very easy to use, very handy (not likte the iphone) and has a lot of good features.
