Pros:
-Good camera
-cool interface
-small and compact
-hot overall design
-good battery life
-flashlight is bright
-loud tones

Cons:
-no autofocus
-side arrow keys cannot adjust volume so you have to either set a shortcut to the volume or adjust it manually everytime

Awesome phone, I do not regret buying it. The only major problem that annoys me is that the side volume control does not actually control the volume. Pushing the up or down arrows will just bring up the phone status screen which tells the model, phone #, memory, battery, and alarm time. I bypassed this by changing one of the main arrow keys to the volume control so its not that bad. Silent mode is also easily accessible by holding down the # key. Get it.

> In reply to TBS @ 2010-01-08 06:03 from PUR$Sony Ericsson Update Service:

The Update Service application can be downloaded and installed on your computer to keep your phone's software up-to-date and ensure optimum performance.

All you need to update the software is an Internet-enabled computer and a USB cable. Update Service will guide you smoothly through the update process. You can choose when to do this; the process will normally take 10-20 minutes depending on the Internet connection speed.

> In reply to Amjad @ 2010-01-09 08:18 from u4jjYou need to go to Locks under Security within Settings & choose between "SIM Protection" or "Phone Protection". They are both different to each other. SIM Propection protects your SIM card tariff subscription from unauthorised use. Phone Protection protects your phone & your personal data from being used with another SIM card. Hope this helps.

this phone has low processor, so its a bit slow lik nokia phones. restarts automatically at times, worst flash, no autofocus, front speaker not working while ringing for calls and msg. mob gets heated after 5 mins while hearing songs in loud speaker,. same loudness even when the volume of the ring tone is increased in software,. but good video clarity,.
