I have faced the same problem before, take your handset to service center. They will do the needful. (Don't be nice to them and if the problem is of the connector this might take approx 15+ days)

Problem on charging and headphone .. if put charge to connect the charges port it wont charge.. or if want to listen music and connect the port it wont work ... problem on port

iam a Regular sony user.... i had tasted all the models of Sony i was gifted for Newyear by my hubby new model ie, T715 Sony Ericcson its excellent and amazing model... I just love using sony ericc mob...itzzzz
