This phone is pretty bad...it's had constant problems for the two years I've had it, even after sent it back and got a new one.

the problem is the camera it will tell me another app is running close it.

Its a v bad phone......... its not even 1 yr, the phone never catches signals........the memory card is of no use..not working.........when i went to the sony ericsson service center they did not even entertained claiming you have to change the entire handset. The phone is already not working & the service center people in gurgaon are taking money from the company for no use........if they cant repair it i would suggest better they quit....... shame on the entire sony ericsson group ........

why my camera not function.. whwn i start the camera it tell another application is running on. close the application and start the camera..helpp mee!!!!!!!!

i having this mobile since one year,i was satisfied with this mobile but its buttons were not good.though it was good mobile.its screen resolution is very high . I like that.

I've been using a black SE W380i for 1.5 yrs now.
The plastic on the keys are coming off, but that's probably cuz of my long fingernails.

The screen goes blank easily if dropped on the floor too frequently. Happened quite a few times to me. But it goes back to normal if you take out the battery and leave it for, lets say 1-3 days.

Music-wise, it has got a great speaker. But the camera function ain't that good. The camera frame is SO small that it looks like those profile photo you see in forums.

W380i's gesture control is cute though^^
The layout is really nice compared to other phones i used before.
Plus, it's affordable.


Overall, I give it a 7/10. =)

i'm having this phone now i'm in love with it i have the purple one it smtims goes very bad but i love it,if u look at it in a good way u'll like it so much.

awsum celfon ... its wifi always gets ful signal... camera is like 5MP.... motion sensor dsntt wrk properly but i manage sumhow..... the qwerty kyboard slides out of it nd touch screen... m just loving it ..... NABEEL...

the ringind tone of ma phone is too low and and it refuses to function properly wen adjusted wats the problem with it?

although i sold my w380i for Rs.1500
i really miss it ,
please return my w380i and take Rs.2000 from me
just loved this cellphone

i love this cell phone....i've been using this cell phone 4 more than 2 yrs....i didnt get any problem with it until now...itz of a good quality....well done....

i've been using this phone for over a year . until this time , i've never had any weird issues due to neither of manufacturing nor of long usage .
it's because i've taken a really good care of it , perhaps :D
however , the one and only problem is that the keypad material sucks .
my keypad has cracks all over it, the (5) key even had come off -.- !
nevertheless , i love this phone , it's fashionable . moreover it's the pink on silver hahahaha !

The worst phone ever.doesnt support wma files,mp4, n some 3gp file, very bad one

I've had this phone for over 1 year now and it is the worse phone i've ever had.First the problems appeared just after 2 months.The software kept freezing and the phone just kept turning off out of nowhere.I've had it fixed several times but the problems keep coming up.And the batteries only last kinda 2 days tops.My former phone from a different manufacturer lasted like 5 to 6 days.I'm planning to buy a new phone. I've also used the W300 and had absolutly no problems with it, that's why i chose to buy a Sony Erricson again.Big mistake!

dear folks, i had this mobile for about 2 years and i loved it .....this fone is awesomeeee...!!!

but i sold it bcoz whenever i try to put some pressure on it , it switched itself off......
now thats bad and i sold it for 1500 only ......
great !!

i bought a w3801 its not up 2 7months.i made a cal.after the call i decided switched off the phone.changed the sim switched the phone on but i culd not power the phone.it was flashed but the computer culd not identify the phone.pls tel me wat to do.

I've had this phone for a year and a half and its still working pretty well except the music/date thing on the outside of the phone doesn't show up anymore but thats probably because i dropped it too many times and it doesn't have video.
