T-mobile, yall need to get ya selfs together and get this fixed or there's gunna b many complaints coming your way.

Pros: Can customize your own themes and shells. Doesn't break very easily.

Cons: MUST buy your own ringtones, web service is slow, gets crappy reception, doesn't always ring/alert when it should, sometimes shuts off on its own, freezes too much.

Other comments: I would recommend looking for something different than this phone. It's not even worth the T-Mobile contract price. Worst phone I have EVER used!

It says that videos are playable in MP4 format. This is in-correct as the only videos playable on it are .3GP

I admit its not a good phone, but being replaced 6 times is a user problem.I've had mine for 6 months and had no such problem. If you cant end the call you don't know how to hit buttons.

There is a problem with the web browsing, and it cant handle doing things simultaneously, quiet speaker volume, and i don't like that the unlock code is only capable of being 3 numbers long, very hackable.

It bothers me how much this phone is favored, even though I personally don't like it.
It's too...un-self customizable for me.

its a piece of crap, i have had mine replaced 6 times and its the same ole problem, it will go in silent mode with out warning and you will miss a lot of calls. web browsing isn't that good either. its hard to end a call most of the time you think you have ended a call and it doesnt. the web browsing isn't that great either. each time they replaced my phone for "free" they charged $600 to my bill and in the end i hade a $1800 bill it has taken 4 months just to get a few refunds and im still waiting on them to credit the rest of it so buy this phone at your own risk

this phone broke down so, I used magic to fix it. [DONT TELL ANY ONE]But the phone's music is awsome.SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET.

ehh so in this phone u need to buy songs instead of downloading it free from the computer by using a cable?

Ehhh... I loved it when my friends got it first, I got it about 2 weeks ago and i wish I got the G1 instead. The sidekick is not customizable, you have to buy all the ringtones and themes and at 2.49$ a ringtone, and 2.99$ for a theme, it's pretty pricey.
