I have this stupid phone for not even 4 months now and the stupid screen quit working, its been like that for the last 2 months!!! its garbage

i've got ma sidekick 3 for ma bday..i used only for two months becoz the lcd screen became white n worse now its fully shut down..i dont know the probs..plizz anyone help me

ive had this phone for several years. it still works. im upgrading only because technology is just old. camera is only 1.3 MP and the screen is small and not so good compare to the new ones. you can do web browsing but no youtube. love the keyboard, easy to use. all together is pretty good quality. never broke down
