i had that phone not even a year and i suddenly broke it is a horrible phone

Oh in addition to below: The screen is quite poor: On a sunny day you can't see anything on it. Bring back the old Black and White LCD screens. You could always see them.

Almost a good phone:
Too many annoying deficiencies with the 400x. Can't insert numbers from phonebook into texts; you can only send visitor cards which don't seem to be recognised by other phones. Sent Items folder fills up and then stops keeping your sent messages so you have to go back in and delete the sent messages every time rather than just keeping the newest ones and deleting the oldest. No Stop Watch! Organiser is a pain to use. Volume can't be set, every time you receive or make a call the volume is set to 5/7 and you have to turn up everytime for every call (the volume even at max is quite low). Can't change message vibration type. Its either on or off. There's just enough wrong with this phone to irritate a person into buying another phone within a year. That seems to be its design concept.

generally d fons ok....though i had to get it repaird becoz sum keys cudnt werk..n tat was only after 3 months....
the camera pix not so clear...
n i still cant figure how to send fon number to ppl!!..tat irritates me...
but hey..maybe its jus me...

i bought one..the memory wasn't workin fine...they changed it, and AGAIN the memory wasn't workin fine... i'm going next monday to the store...(plus, they won't refund me... so i'll pick another phone i guess)

Sagem my400x is that i use, and i like the phone becos it very pretty and also good, but there is something that i found out about this that is upseting me,it could "stand water" it fell into water from me just once, i cant use it any more becos it has refused to "on" or activite, so i wnt 2 ask wht will i do to it 4 it 2 restart again,i hav suned it and sent to repair but it is still the some.thank u i will apprrecaite if u guyz can help recover my phone again by activeting it. thanks.

does anyone know how to get mp3's via bluetooth... it just wont let me.. :(
the memory is crap on this fone...
it has lasted me 8 months.. and im getting a new.better one :)

i got this phone last christmas and it has caused me nothing but trouble! when in my pocket with keypad lock on, it constantly rings emergency services without my knowing! and if i receive a msg, it opens and deletes them every once in a while. also, sometimes it seems to turn off for no reason! i have had sagem phones before and never had any problems, very disappointed with this phone

i Have the black 401x .
its and 'ok' phonebut i do find it quite slow. it says you can have mp3's on it but when i try and get them they dont work.
