Dear Sir,
I would like to ask you about my problem setteing of configuration for internet browsing. Regarding our regulation from operator of GSM, I was to follow some step to setting my cell, as below:
1. Register of GSM card to Operator.
2. Setting phone of configuration.
The first step, already to done but now the problem how to setting my cell. For your information My cell is SAGEM my 401X. My mobile Number: +62813 7738 2593.
Please send me for setting configuration to my phone number.

admittedely,it is not exactly a head turning phone...its appearance is nothing special and it has basic features..
however,first of all it is a good phone for its price...
I have had this mobile for three years now and while my friends' mobiles are always giving them trouble and are always changing them,mine has never given me any trouble at all.(Considering the fact that i am constantly dropping it and maltreating it in every way possible..it is quite a miracle lol )
The last year or so ive been searching around for a new more glamorous mobile.. but till now i have not had the heart to change it.This mobile has been reliable and my most constant companion in these past three years and unless it starts malfunctioning i will not ditch it for another phone.
I recommend this phone for anyone who wants a good reliable phone without emptying his trouser pockets.

plaease my can not make calls but it can send message, receive messages and can also receive message. whem ever i try to make call with it, it appears on the sreen (supplementary service rejected) i have gone through the settings but could'nt do it so please i want you to help me out. my email is; vincentamponsahhienno@yahoo.com

you should try this hp.i tried it for around 6month and for a low end user,this hp is quit impressive.the best thing about this hp is that,its battery last longer than i expected.quit an achievement for a tiny memory phone.

i wan 2 change the cover of my phone..but i dont know wer 2 hav..i hav ask the phone shop,,but they said tey dont hav it..bcoz its old type of phone....emmy frm malaysia

Excellent Keypad.Looks great with the clor Black.After changing several mobiles in the Same Range In last 3 monts.I am sticking to it & keeping as a Second set.Battery looks good.Ringtone is pretty Loud.Much Louder than Many Nokias In this range.

quite good but it has no mp3 player which i really wanted.its gprs stuffs is not alright cos it keeps saying network not responding.ma

I had this phone and myine too would not hold a charge, would get very very hot and because of the heat the scren would become discolored.

I ve bought this phone without much study, it has some features that i never expected, like the gprs modem feature. but i think nokia 3110c or sonyericsson w200i has more features then it with near price, specialy the memory and mp3 playing capability. but i m not sure about this my401x's relaiability. can anyone tell me how long this phone usually last?
