this phones really annoying. without a memory card it can only hold two songs, of which the quality sucks. and then the camera isnt that good either. the battery dies at the most inopportune moments when i need it most and when i do have battery i have no signal. its a loose loose situation lol. all in all *thumbs down* i want a new phone already :-( lol.

i find this a really good phone and verry cheap it but it has really good music quality put quite poor picture quality but overall i love this phone

When i downloaded pictures of the phones internet i looked throught the pictures that i had downloaded and noticed that some of the file names were named ? and when clicked on to view it says rejected, ive also tried deleting them but it wont work. Any ideas how to get rid of them?
Also going through the phones help section i realised that the phone has a radio but am unable to work out how to get on to it.

How do I shorten the tone for a text to a beep. It keeps on repeating over and over.

Lol, I don't think all videos are compatible with the my411x which is why you got the message. The same thing has happened to me. I think it's to do with resolution as the my411x can't handle high resolution. It seems to work fine with audio but some images and video it just can't handle.

i just got my411x and i got sent a video via bluetooth but it said 'failed when reading'
and cancelled it

sammycrow, I'm not the only one who can't find the skins option then! I've emailed Sagem but have not had a reply yet. If I find out anything I'll let you know. Be good to change them as the default settings are a bit bland!

Yeah in the manual it says you can choose skins but I cannot find it, no matter how hard I try...please post a solution!!!

It's a great phone for the price but the camera is not very good quality and reception during calls hasn't been great. Extras like USB lead etc are VERY hard to find. The sound quality of the music player is very good and I've used bluetooth sucessfully. Overall excellent for the money but some features of the phone are pretty basic. If you get one you might end up wishing you had paid more for a better quality phone!

I can't find the option to change SKINS in the display menu. I've got wallpaper and screensaver options but not SKINS! Anyone else have this problem?
