Very impressive overall. Can be used as a good 2nd phone for a couple without buying asseccories. Able to receive music via blue tooth on either Mp3 or M4a format. If music in x-ms-wma format i-tunes software will convert it on a pc. Camera quality is ok, a little dissapointed phone unable to receive 2 mega pixel photo's by de-compressing them. Overall though excellent value and a very cool and sleek phone. Well done Sagem!!

@Driton Bajrami take the phone back to where you bought it from...it has network problems... either that...or it is blocked in a network ...and your card belongs to another network

Pfft I thought it look great
but i cant even download anyy games on it.
Funny it says it's mpatible with java games and blah blah blah
yet it aint work
even some games that i downloaded via bluetooth keep saying "file not supported"
like what the???
yeah it's nice n sleek n blah blah blah
but when it comes down to downloading games even mp3 suck suck suck! SUCK TO THE BONE!
who would create a phone with trial games and when i press buy it says your handset is not compatible! what a ripp off! if i knew it aint gonna work with games i'd rather buy nokia 6300!

i've been using this handset for two or three weeks now. i've found the phone to be, on the whole, well designed, well built and easy to use.
Many reviews have stated that the buttons are difficult to press accurately, but i do not find this is the case, and can easily enter numbers at great speed.
the menu system is a carbon copy of that which you would find on a Sony-Erricsson or Nokia.
Odd quirks; the charge/headphone port is covered by a small hinged piece of plastic. the hinge is made of thin and cheap rubber, and after every charge it retains the cover less well.
Also, to access the microSD card, the entire rear cover must be removed.

overall, i'm very pleased with this phone.

These are crap, i sell them at work and actually refuse to push them as a product. bad build quality and software, get them sent back for repair all the time. buy a nokia or SE with better features for a similar price. DONT TOUCH IT!!

Very surprised to read the comment by "i5Bx" below. I'm a software engineer (programmer) and I loved the phone interface (minus the Orange software). The interface is far better than something like Samsung. Samsung's phone interface is a bit of a joke in terms of being over-graphical and too simplistic - little functionality or control over the phone, unlike the Sagem, which has a good balance.

Did a LOT of research before buying this. Absolutely excellent thin and light phone, but negatives... locked to Orange, and very hard to find anyone who unlocks Sagem's. The only company I found charged £25(!) which is half the price of the phone. The other negative - poor screen resolution. Absolutely dislike Orange and their control over the phone, thus returned it.

Sagem are very very bad phones. It's a joke that they even allow to sell them as phones for communications. They ought to restrict them to the toys sections. Everything about them is bad- the French have disastrous taste when comes to telecommunications. Alcatel, Bird, Amoi, ZTE are foreign phones from none Nordic or Korean companies but they are much user friendly. Shame on the French for churning out crap to the world.

Only one thing turning me away from this phone and thats the 65K colour display, can't do with that! Oh and the terrible Orange software, seriously buy this phone Sim Free or not on Orange if you can, hate Orange software, ruined the myX6-2 and my501C, better left alone, vodafones the same!
Msgs to previous comments "cannot read external mem cards, piece of crap" It does, MicroSD, as listed!
"does it support the multifunctions like mp3 player and do anything you want in the phone at the same time, couse some of the sagem phones can be set just to the player mode or menu mode. ?
Yes, since the my700X Sagem have applied the multi-function to all their music phones like this and the my215X, well thats what they said anyway!
As for downloading wallpapers and ringtones, I have never had or seen a phone with decent of each with it including brands of Nokia, Samsung, Sony E, and another Sagem, download from internet, everyone else does.

this phone as the most SAGEM mobile devices has the easiest manu in the entire market. But that doesn't mean it is good to use just for your granny.
