if it vibrates and not rings, make sure the sound is not on mute, if it is pressthe * key 4 about 2 seconds. Maybe you should check the internet for problems, or see your local phone store!!! Okay listen, at 1st this fone is awesome, & nothings wrong with it, but after about six months u'll get sick of it, & want a camera & better games!!!! I suggest get THIS PHONE IN PINK!!!!! :)

I love the phone but now I have a problem. for no apparent reason, when it gets a call, it won't ring, only vibrate. i've lost the manual so I can't figure it out. i've checked like everything. can someone help me?

Ok listen, I've had this phone for about 8 months. It works great, alittle small but good! Cute colours! Stop moaning about it, because I know it has no camera, or mp3 devices, but its worth its money. If you like texting & ringing people, then this is the phone for you, but if your into the lastest gadgets, then buy a more expensive one! I've had no problems with my phone, but the screen could be abit bigger! Its worth it's money!

I think that this phone is 'dah bomb' although there is no camera and internet.It has all that a normal cell should have, the wickedest game and tones. Should i say more? It's just a cool, casual phone that everyone should have

I have a problem. I bought the phone for my kid and now she cannot phone / SMS / call the call centre it says "Call prohibited" can anyone help me please?!?!?!?!?

There is nothing wrong with the phone unless you are a child of course and want all the things that would be totally useless, but would just make a phone look good. I mean what is the point of having a camera on your mobile that takes bad photos that you are either not going to develop or if you do develop would be a really bad quality? My husband bought me the phone and it has been great so far, it is a really reliable phone and looks really good for the price that is. It also has all the features that a decent phone should have.

i buy this phone at the post office voor E49,95 en it seems to me a nice phone but i can,t find the handsfree option the tel is not what i sespeckt about it it looks to me cute from outside but not so handy and the functions are very simpel grtz moi

even thou this fone is crap,o,rama ,but is save my live couple of time, i use this fone as the spare fone,,i put it in my glove box in mycar, if any my foness , k800, imate jammin and samd820 battrey gone death on me i use this liitle bugger,and its work ... but the menu system soooooooo confusing..lol

this fone is sooooooooooooo cute!!! had to buy it, tiny compact and evn coms in my fav col pink, only 29.99 at tmobile store, but the display is quite disapointing as the graphics are very retro, was expecting it to be slightly better...

i bought this phone about 3 months ago and i was soooo dissapointed to find that the calander feature doesnt allow me to set reminders. i thought that in this day and age that this was a standard feature with any phone. its a great little phone if all you want it for is to make and recieve calls, but otherwise, pretty naff....

cool, compact phone, though i wish sonmeone would help me with a WAP site with good compatible tones. The sites i've tried keep backfiring on me!
