Its good to hear that a phone with such capabilities is really available and cheap in Africa; but most of it's capabilities and functionality seem to be exagerated.

The phone is the cheapest smartphone i ve seen so far. hey guy if you want to enjoy ur phone the best way to download music is via computer system and also pictures. As in regard to bluetooth just forget about it for now.

I do agree with the majority opinion that the Phone nice but is this Phone meant for African users or it came to the continent by accident, If we all ask ourselfs most of the peoples complaint is about the programming langauge either in the phone or in the manual that why most of the users are having difficulting operating the phone even i having using mine for about a year now, a friend of mine use it just for a day on returning the phone to me i saw it in another langauge and all my data`s are gone, now the annoying thing i can`t revised it to English bcos the manual is in Spainish or Franch...... I thing our importers should stop importing things that don`t have english manuals, pls..... Abdulrahaman Inuwa Abuja (Nigeria)

2 things:

Don't forget this Sagem is also a Mitac Mio 8870 and Medion MDSP150 ;)

2) bluetooth is not working because there is no built-in bluetooth in this device :D please read the manual above...

having read the comments of my fellow nigerians,i would like to comment on the same issue. all we want is english version of the manual, how to browse with the phone,and what memory fits the phones to avoid crash. honestly speaking this is the cheapest smart phone i have ever seen. this " smartphone" is good but it will be bettersagem can convert the manual to english version and it would be " the best smartphone" if our request is granted

Great looks. Excellent voice quality and good video/audio quality when using media player. It plays wmv movies well. However its 3gp playback is appauling, horrible to say the least. Can this be improved? One can't store much wmv clips cos of need for large memory space(wmv takes large space). I've been using this phone since over 1 year but can't send/receive mms. Browsing the web is a breeze with the internet exporer but i cant download anything with it. I installed opera mini but this has some compartibility problem with this phone. Pity about all the minuses. This is a nice phone though.

IAM STANLEY FROM NIGERIA...pls i love this phone, and i dont want to lose it just like that.i want to know how to activate the bluetooth,anytime i try to collect bluetooth from another phones, it will be telling me that there is no hardware installed..pls i nid to activate it fast.and some musics that i collected from another phone i dont know how to find them in my phone. mys-7. even the radio, i cant find it.pls i nid to know it fast. and i will like to get the enlish version manual, the one i have is in french.. thanks here is my number...+2348054577046 or +2347034591488.

I have some problems with my phone ...
I have problems on software; when I play mp3 or ringtons the sound is not so good but when I start the camera amd play mp3 music the sound is on normal level
WHAT CAN I DO???

The phone is nice but am unable to browse with it and all my pictures,sounds,game and voice note entered a place that could not find them and i want to know how to use the bluetooth and also how to make it browse thanks.

the phone is nice.
iwill like to know how the bluethoot is insalled.i can't browse with my phone and also can't play vidoes,and i can't send ring tones to other phones.i have bought a memory card for my phone.please i will be very greatful if my questions are answered.more grease to your elbows makers of sagem product.

i bought my sagem mys-7 but i was unble to configure it for browsing i have tryed all i can but its not browsing please help me out so that i can start to enjoy my phone.

honestly, ur phone is good but why is the blue tooth not working.
also some flies doesnot open, the phone will tell u to run the application and then open the file inside the application. then my question is how do i run the application.
how do i also get a storage card.

i am very happy that other people are still saying what i am experening in this Phone because i want to buy the phone and also make use of it to my own present test, please i will be very gald if it will be converted to english for the benifit of those that can not understand frach.
please i will like you to bear in mind that most people using this phone are from Nigeria i still beg on you please convert mys-7 to English pleases.

Hi,
Please, I need a help about how to Use my smartphone. Becouse I could not be able to Use it efficiently the way I want it to be. Any time I save Vediors, pictures,Annimations and ringtones will be deleted provided i put it off. In fact, all the mp3 i put will not be located, the worst of it is the almost all the programmes were in frech languge Therefore I will not be able to operate it to my own satisfaction. pls. I need help in thes area.
