To upload your pictures onto your computer you need to create a contact with an email so leave the other fields blank. Then go to messages or to pictures and send as normal just send to the email. I hope this works for you because it always does the trick for me.

i had a sagem my-v 55 before i got my samsung d500 (brilliant piece of kit), but i will say that "as a phone" the sagem is a diamond, i regret getting rid of it but the samsung is more practical for my particular needs....good job sagem, you're on to a winner with this one

hazel: i've had this phone for 1 & half years. go to settings, then go to connectivity & then to irda, press ok & activate it to recieve stuff. infrared is on the left side of the phone.
to send stuff: press options on that object, press ok on send by, select irda & thats it.

the phone is a very good phone only that the memory is too small the kind of phone it is.And also the gprs connection speed and time out is small.
