I cannot set up GPRS and mms on my phone.I have tried and it always give me errors. I am using a cell c number. Can you please help me. Thank you

I have a usb cable but I cannot get the photos out of my Sagem MY V-56, is there a driver download anywhere. I also have trouble with it not being able to update from bodafone and miss a lot of texts etc can anyone email me and help?
