i love this phone thats why i'm on this site seeking help. when my screen saver goes off and the blank screen with the time is displayed my phone freezes. not even the red button can bring up the normal screen. i have to take out the battery and then it would act normal until the blank screen comes up.. help.. i hate to think its time to get rid of this phone after i got attached to it.

The infra red working good with nokia phone and pc! it support amr (True tone) you can also put .wav file as ringtone! the sound was great when u play wav tone even louder when try place ur phone inside a small glass haha have a try!

can some one please help me with my sagem my x5-2 .i can not place outgoing calls from it bcs it is giving a msg "Supplementry services rejected" whenever i place a call.so pls if some1 could help me how to set the phone back right pls tell me i will be very gratefull

My phone has some shortcuts on screen, can anyone tell me how to remove them?!! i can't even see my wallpaper well it sucks with these shortcuts . If someone knows please type here or mail me tnx. 10x

MY X5-2 is a nice phone ave ever used, but the problem am aving wt it is dat iam unable to browse on it,if there is anybody dat can help me out shld pls send to my e-mail.And d camera is not clear enough.SAGEM keep good work up

you cannot put games or other application with a irda or usb cable.
You NEED to download the games from wap
the only files you can put with cable or irda is:photos & sounds:mid,amr...

you know im gonna buy this phone but the only problem is the memory and why doesnt it have a memory card slot, 4mb is nothing. will anyone tell if i should buy this phone because it has got good design as you said the pic quality is crap.

I switched over from a basic sms and talk mobile to the Sagem myX5-2 last July. It is wonderfully easy to use, and I love the colour screen.The battery lasts a whole week and I leave it on all the time.Sound quality to make /recieve calls is perfect. No complaints from me about this mobile.

it is a wonderful phone. i have had my sagem for about a year, and it still works fantastically. i love its versitlity

This is a good mobile phone, with a good display, camera, design and menu interface.
However, there are some big but's with this phone. In this age of bluetooth and mp3 enabled phones, the sagem myx5-2 can't really cut it. If you are looking for a dirt cheap phone with the basic minimum of modern functions, get this. However, if you want real functionality, spend a bit more for something that is proven to be popular, eg samsung d500

Hi! I saw a new phone, my x 5-2V, who can make videorecording. Is somebody who know about this soft to my x 5-2? thanks and best regards. My x 5-2 and x5-2V are Orange's firmware, 5-2V is free (no subcription)

Pros:
Fast User Interface.
Easy Navigation.
Battery Life (until now).
Good Camera.
Good Organizer.
Honest Display.
Cheap.

Cons:
The keyboard design sacrifice funcionality.
The keys are some times unprecisely.
Perhaps Java apps only install via WAP.
The age of model.
General robustness.
Lack of bluetooth.

Great phone, but had serious problems about seven months after I got it - regular software resets (when you press a button, nothing happens, then all the lights come on, and the phone returns to the menu). Started deleting all saved messages at the same time.
Good up to a point, then practically unusable (the software resets happened to my friend too - she'd to get a new phone)
