when someone calls me the volume is very low as i cannot hear the person talking on phone so pls let me know how to increse the volume so that i can hear the person voice properly n clearly;

i cannot get any software in cape town to download my pictures to my pc. why doesn't the software come with the phone whenyou purchase it.

this phone doesn't have mp3 player, the camera is very poor but the images on the phone are extremely powerfull what suprises me, in my opinion is a ''play phone'' and the keyboard is very hard to write a message

Functionally this phone is ok for me except for two facts:
- that I cannot use my native language (Polish) special letters when adding new words to the T9 dictionary,
- that it took me ages to realize how to increase voice level in the speaker. And yes, I did read the manual.

Unfortunately the biggest problem is that the reception in areas of low mobile net coverage is terrible! Far worse than Motorolas and Nokias.

I have a Sagem my z5 and it works but all others have mp3 player itegrated and i still have not one?? why can it happen that i had deleted it ? or some like this please tell me about my phone:) thanks from bosnia

I have are problem with my phone,i have same pictures in him,but i can't download in my PC.I have CD for install Drivers,I have data cable,first pictures she download/6kb,but the second Pictures with61 kb don't
Can i have some help please with this?

3,5 mb is a verry small memory...and it has mp3 player. no IRdA, no bluetooth, but it has USB connection. here in USA, is verry hard to find a USB cable...my opinion is that this phone is for kids.:))

this phone is ok
but ooo my god 3,5 mb and those people put mp3.you can't put a melody with this memory.And the bluethoot:most important.without this this phone is a SHEEEEEET!!

it is a nice phone, but only 3,7 memory?? come on!! is good that it has mp3, but irda and bluetooth, the most important things at a phone... are not; pictures are well but not the best. and about usb, here in romania is very hard to find one for this phone... anyway it is a nice phone...
